Jaunto is a community activity directory operated by a sole trader under ABN 71 562 261 801, based in Carrara, Gold Coast, Queensland. It helps support workers, coordinators, and carers find community activities. By using Jaunto — whether as a guest or with an account — you agree to these terms.
Jaunto collects and displays information about community activities and venues. Information is sourced from public directories, venue websites, automated re-verification checks, and contributions from the support worker community. It is provided as a convenience, not as a guarantee of accuracy or availability.
Each listing displays the date it was last checked. Call ahead when it matters.
Jaunto uses magic-link passwordless authentication. No password is required — a one-time sign-in link is sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for any activity that occurs under your account.

During the current pilot phase, Jaunto is free to use with a registered account. Pricing will be introduced at a later date and communicated to registered users by email before it takes effect.
When paid plans are introduced, Jaunto will offer a single flat-rate subscription of $4.99 per month. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST where applicable. Subscriptions will be billed through Stripe.
Users who join during the free pilot phase are eligible for Founder Member pricing: a Solo plan locked at $7 per month for life, with the first paid month free. This rate applies from the moment paid plans are introduced and will never increase for Founder Members, regardless of future pricing changes. Founder Member status is tied to your account email and is non-transferable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Jaunto allows signed-in users to submit verification feedback on listings ("I went — it's accurate" or "Report incorrect"). By submitting feedback, you confirm that it is truthful and based on your genuine experience. Jaunto may use this feedback to update trust tiers and listing data. Deliberately false or malicious reports may result in account suspension.
You retain no intellectual property claim over feedback submitted to the directory.
Listings marked as Companion Card accepted indicate that the venue has been identified as a registered Companion Card affiliate. This status is subject to change. Jaunto accepts no liability for denied entry based on Companion Card information displayed in the directory. Always confirm with the venue before visiting.
Jaunto Junior is a content filter within the app that limits displayed activities to children's and youth programs. It does not create a separate account type and does not alter these terms. Jaunto is intended for use by adults (support workers, coordinators, and carers) in a professional or caring capacity.
The Jaunto name, logo, and original content on this site are owned by the operator. Venue names, addresses, and publicly available activity information remain the property of their respective owners. The compiled directory — including its structure, trust layer, and presentation — is original work and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Listings may include links to venue websites. Jaunto is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Jaunto is not liable for:
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees relating to services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email. Continued use of Jaunto after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
